Reaching out to Governance Professionals – PCPD’s Representatives Speak at 25th Annual Corporate and Regulatory Update

Chief Personal Data Officer (Compliance and Enquiries) of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD), Mr Brad KWOK, and Senior Legal Counsel (Acting) of the PCPD, Ms Clemence WONG, spoke at the 25th Annual Corporate and Regulatory Update organised by the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) on 7 June.
 
At the event, Mr Kwok spoke about how to enhance cybersecurity and data security, and explained the key points in preventing and handling data breach incidents, while Ms Wong provided an overview of the obligations and responsibilities of contracting parties under the Standard Contract (Mainland, Hong Kong) for Cross-boundary Flow of Personal Information Within the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
