The Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) and the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) may wish to use the personal data you provide in this form (including your name, email address and name of organisation) to send you information relating to their promotional and educational activities, including but not limited to seminars, workshops, training programmes, publications, events and campaigns. Remarks:

  1. Enrolment will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. The co-organisers reserve the right of final decision. Please register by 5 pm, 27 March 2026 (Friday). Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email.
  2. A reminder email will be sent to successful applicants by 30 March 2026 (Monday). A dedicated QR code for on-site registration will be included in the reminder email, which will be sent by the company L Concept Communications Limited appointed by the co-organisers and its sub-contractor Evention, using the domain (mail.eventionmail.com), to handle related matters.
  3. No records of attendance will be issued for the participants of the captioned event.
  4. Personal Information Collection Statement: Personal data provided in this form will be used for the purpose of carrying out the above-mentioned event. This includes the transfer of your personal data to the event’s co‑organiser(s) and service vendors where necessary for event-related arrangements. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by the PCPD. You should make your data access request by completing the Data Access Request Form (OPS003) and sending the completed Form directly to the Data Protection Officer of the PCPD by fax (2877 7026), by email at communications@pcpd.org.hk or in person or by mail to the PCPD, Unit 1303, 13/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
  5. Please note that the captioned event may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded for the co-organisers’ future educational or promotional purposes.
  6. The co-organisers reserve the right to modify the content and the date of the captioned event.
