Reaching Out to Legal Professionals  Privacy Commissioner Attends the Pro Bono and Community Service Award Ceremony 2025

The Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (Privacy Commissioner), Ms Ada CHUNG Lai-ling, attended the Pro Bono and Community Service Award Ceremony 2025 of the Law Society of Hong Kong (Law Society) on 12 December and presented prizes at the ceremony.
 
The Law Society has organised the Pro Bono and Community Work Recognition Programme (Programme) since 2010. The key objectives of the Programme are to raise public awareness of the pro bono work provided by members of the Law Society, trainee solicitors, registered foreign lawyers and university law students, as well as recognising their pro bono efforts and contributions to society. The Privacy Commissioner has been serving as a member of the judging panel for Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for years.
