Mr Brad KWOK, Chief Personal Data Officer (Compliance and Enquiries) of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD), attended the Opening Ceremony of Hospital Authority Cybersecurity Week 2025 virtually on 15 September and delivered a speech.
