Enhancing Cybersecurity – PCPD’s Representative Attends “Cyber Security Staff Awareness Recognition Scheme” Recognition Ceremony

Assistant Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (Corporate Communications and Compliance), Ms Joyce LAI, attended the “Cyber Security Staff Awareness Recognition Scheme” Recognition Ceremony on 27 November to present awards and deliver a speech on the importance of human firewall on personal data protection.
 
The Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data is the Scheme Partner of the “Cyber Security Staff Awareness Recognition Scheme” (Scheme). Co-organised by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) and ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter, the Scheme aims to encourage more organisations to enhance awareness of their staff on cybersecurity, with a view to strengthening the organisations’ ability to prevent cyber attacks.
