Special Work Arrangements 14 September 2020 and
Resumption of Public Services from 15 September 2020
Having regard to the latest situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and the latest announcement made by the Government, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong has made the following updated work arrangements, while implementing targeted measures to reduce social contact and infection control measures: -

Employees will continue to work on a roster basis to provide overall close-to-normal services on 14 September 2020;

Counter services and meetings with members of the public on appointment or schedule basis will resume from 15 September 2020;

Public talks, professional workshops and seminars will continue to be held using video conferencing as far as possible from 15 September 2020; and

All other services, including media enquiries (90997517; ccd@pcpd.org.hk), general enquiries, data breach notifications and complaints through hotline (28272827), fax (28777026) or email (communications@pcpd.org.hk; dbn@pcpd.org.hk and complaints@pcpd.org.hk) and online services (www.pcpd.org.hk) will continue to be provided.
