New Matching Procedure Form On 1 June 2007, a new form for making a matching procedure request under section 31(1) of the Ordinance was published in the Gazette for public notice. The new form is specified by the Commissioner pursuant to section 67 of the Ordinance. Data users are required to complete the new form when making a new or renewal request for the Commissioner's consent to the carrying out of a matching procedure. |
