Welcome to the website of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).

The PCPD is a statutory body entrusted with the task of protecting personal data privacy of individuals and to ensure compliances with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance") in Hong Kong.

Our website aims to provide access to information regarding the execution of the Ordinance, as well as news and the latest activities of the PCPD. This website offers unparalleled user-friendly functions including an on-line reservation and subscription service for our publications and seminars, a powerful search engine, and a hot-swap bilingual function. There are also special functions to cater to the needs of the visually impaired. This website is our main platform for the general public to understand more about our work.
