1. This Office has designated Administration & Finance Manager as the Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring requests for access to information are properly dealt with in accordance with specific procedures.

Requests for information or records held by the Office may be made by letter or application form. The application forms are obtainable in our Office at 12/F, 248 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The application should be addressed to:

The following information is available for public inspection at the counter of this Office:

(a) PCPD Ordinance
(b) PCPD Annual Reports
(c) Organization chart
(d) A list of information published or made available to the public, whether free or at a cost
   
4. Our Office may refuse to disclose information, or may refuse to confirm or deny the existence of information, in the categories and for the reasons set out in http://www.access.gov.hk/code.htm.
   
5. Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at cost specified, photocopying charge (in black and white on A4 size paper) of HK$1.5 per page will be levied. The charge may be subject to revision.
