A magazine marketing company was convicted of breaching section 34(1) (ii) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and was fined $6,000.

A credit card company was convicted of breaching sec t ion 34(1) ( i i ) of the Ordinance and was fined $7,000.

The PCPD organized its first international promotional campaign, Privacy Awareness Week 2007, together with APPA members aimed at raising privacy awareness in the region.

A doctor was convicted of breaching sections 19 of the Ordinance and was fined $1,000.
