In person or by mail You may mail letters to us or visit us at the address below to collect information or if you wish to lodge a complaint.

Complaint Form You can use the PCPD Complaint form to lodge a complaint.

The Duty Officer's Service
Our Duty Officer provides the following services during office hours :
• Answering enquiries concerning the Ordinance and the work of PCPD;and • Assisting complainants in completing the Complaint Form (OPS001)
