You may fax us your enquiry or complaint.

In person or by mail
You may mail letters to us or visit us at the address below to collect information or if you wish to lodge a complaint.

The Duty Officer's Service

Our Duty Officer provides the following services during office hours :

•    Answering enquiries concerning the Ordinance and the work of PCPD;and
•    Assisting complainants in completing the Complaint Form (OPS001)

1:50pm - 5:40pm
Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: Closed
