The PCPD is a statutory body entrusted with the task of protecting personal data privacy of individuals and to ensure compliances with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance") in Hong Kong.

Our website aims to provide access to information regarding the execution of the Ordinance, as well as news and the latest activities of the PCPD.
