Total value of EPP savings in 2001-02: $0.749m, equivalent to 2.0% of total recurrent baseline expenditure in that year that is subject to EPP. Total EPP savings (as a percentage of recurrent baseline expenditure subject to EPP) achieved by 2001-02 on a cumulative basis is 3.0%.

Work in this regard will as far as possible be undertaken in-house by a specialized Policy Division which, since its establishment in April 2000, has accumulated considerable relevant experience.
	0.349	Reduce the scope of commercial training services to be hired for public education activities.	Work in this regard will as far as possible be undertaken in-house by a specialized Training Unit which, since its establishment in September 1999, has accumulated considerable relevant experience.
